Our History

Established in 1859, Woodson has long served as a vital hub for the surrounding farming communities — a close-knit place where neighbors still know one another by name.

Village Government

Woodson operates under a Board of Trustees. Our elected officials maintain the village’s infrastructure, manage resources responsibly, and look after our roughly 500 residents.
